I use a yoghurt maker, and when its set enough, leave it to rest for a day then strain it for about an hour. Result Greek Yogurt consistency and whey I use in smoothies or soups or baking.

Looks worth a try!
I find most flapjack recipes behave even better with the addition of a very small amount of cold water.
Any suggestions why?

Might be the same as adding some flour here. Water ...

The main thing at home gregotyn is to set a routine, a timetable if you like..life needs a base pattern wherever you are.

We were in the Stinchar Valley yesterday.
