Ingredients
3 cups strong white flour
1/2 cup strong wholemeal
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/cup mixed seeds (poppy, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, wheat...)
2 tbs honey
2 tsps dried yeast
1 tsp salt
350 ml warm water
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together.
Knead until dough feels smooth and elastic.
Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to prove until doubled in size.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes until the bottom sounds hollow when tapped.
Turn out and leave to cool.(Go on just try and leave it to cool before eating.)
