I'm trying to sell my house in France. Here are some details.
Location: Pas de Calais 45 minutes from Calais.
Almost completely renovated - plumbing, electrics, roof - basically the lot. 3 bedrooms. Renovated barn opposite. 2000m sq of land divided into garden, parking, chicken run and veg plot.

Sad times - how come you're selling up?

For other forum users information, I have seen the property (went to pick up a woodburner last year) and it's absolutely fantastic.

Not sad times - simply circumstances change. I'm now living with French GF at her place so we don't need 2 houses.
