Ok, its a strange want.
But in west wales we have two advertising papers (The Monthly Advertiser and The Cambrian Trader) that are free that come through your letter box once a month, they cover from Machynlleth down to carmarthen and into pembrokeshire.

I was hoping people from south/north wales might get one too, and if so what is it called, so i can find it online and put my advert in it... or if possible could you send me the coupon from it please.

Thank you

We don't seem to have a free paper in this area. We have the Cynon Valley Leader which is a bought paper, but tbh I doubt it would be much use for what you offer. What about the farming papers or a smallholding magazine, might be more targetted?

Flintshire Evening Leader(not a free paper), Buy and sell, Flintshire Standard, LOOT. The last 3 papers are weekly free papers in North Wales with classified advertising sections.

Thank you.
I would advertise in the smallholder magazines, but at the moment, can only advertise in the cheaper papers.. noticed that for Smallholders i think it was £42 for an advert.. which is good price, but not what i have at the moment.

What about writing an article about your experiences smallholding sitting, and see if they will let you have a free advert in return?I've done trhis with magazines in the past and it can be a good way to double your exposure, as once people have read the article they feel they know you a little bit and are more likely to get in touch.

There is a local publication for the Llandovery area, we used to advertise in some years ago. It is Called The POST.

Post Datum is the name of the printers, they should be able to help you cover that part of Mid Wales Pel.

Send out press releases to the smallholding mags, that should get you in.
If you prefer, send me a press release and I'll tag it onto the next email I send to CS editor. I'll be sending in an article in the next few days (late as usual).
